CONFERENCE DEADLINES

 

Cancellation of Registration:  Cancellations must be made in writing by email to Kathy.morton@gmitravelinc.com no later than Wednesday April 20, 2016.  Cancellations, changes, or no shows after Wednesday April 20 are not eligible for a refund of conference registration fees. If a whole or partial refund is permitted prior to April 20, the registrant will be subject to a $200 processing fee.  The CMI has adopted this policy because the conference has made commitments of non-refundable amounts for deposits, and advance payments to the venue and different vendors as part of the conference planning, and further is subject to cancellation penalties in relation to catering and social event costs. Please note that hotel reservations are subject to different cancellation rules.
